Returns & Exchanges
Website Purchase Policy
We are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges on eligible products returned within 25 days of the shipping date. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and with without scent including (but not limited to) body odour, perfumes, food and smoke.
In-store Purchase Policy
Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit. We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for eligible products returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The following items are not eligible for return whether the items were purchased online or in-store:
- Accessories: This includes face masks, products with an adhesive base (such as nipple covers and breast tape), jewellery, scarves, and products in sealed packages or containers.
- All Panties: This includes shapewear, bodysuits, men’s underwear and any lingerie item or set that includes panties
- Any Lingerie with a Gusset: items that have a gusset
- All Hosiery: Including tights, pantyhose, socks that has been deemed opened from its original packaging
- All Swimwear:
- In-Store and Online Gift Certificate: These are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned. Lost gift certificates cannot be reimbursed.
- All reduced merchandise is final sale
- All Special Orders
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable
